Office Manager

Endigit is a fast growing startup technology company, specializing in test and measurement automation systems for manufacturing, research, government, defense and private sector companies.  We are looking for an office manager/administrative assistant to help with our growing needs.  We hire top talent and are willing to compensate accordingly.


  • Manage Accounts Payable (Pay bills and suppliers, track credit card expenses)

  • Manage Accounts Receivable (Invoice and secure payments from customers)

  • Manage office equipment and supplies (employee computers, phones, etc.)

  • Procurement (Order/track hardware and supplies for projects)

  • Onboard new employees (Setup email and other accounts, ensure new hire tasks and paperwork are completed)

  • Assist others with tasks (book travel, complete travel and expense reports, identify ways to reduce workloads)

  • Coordinate meetings and events (team meetings, lunches, birthdays)

  • Computer skills (Quickbooks, spreadsheets, gmail, calendar, Confluence, Jira, T-sheets)

Expected schedule is 20-30 hours per week.
